A strategic partnership between HRD (Turkey) and the BDMA (United Kingdom) — free e-Academy training for Turkish claim professionals as a first step.

We are proud to announce a strategic partnership between HRD (Hasar Restorasyon Derneği / Claim Restoration Association) in Turkey and the BDMA (British Damage Management Association) in the United Kingdom.

01 About HRD

HRD was established to support companies in Turkey that provide restoration services to insurance companies, third parties, and intermediaries. Its mission includes offering training and development, promoting industry standards, representing the sector in regulatory matters, and advancing knowledge on scientific and related topics.

02 About BDMA

Damage management today involves highly technical practices in a competitive industry. The BDMA was founded in the UK to establish and uphold consistent standards of care and professional codes of practice, supported by robust technical and corporate training. Since its launch on 1st December 1999, the BDMA has gained the support of key industry bodies including the UK Treasury, the Association of British Insurers (ABI), and the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (CILA). Its commitment to promoting best practices in damage management has been welcomed by major insurers, restoration practitioners, loss adjusters and loss assessors.

03 Inıtıal Offering to the Turkish Insurance Market

As a first step in this collaboration, we are pleased to offer free training sessions to claim professionals in the Turkish insurance market. HRD and BDMA will provide access to a variety of free, self-paced introductory e-learning courses through the BDMA e-Academy.
